Terms and Conditions

- AppleBerryPop reserves the right to amend or modify the following terms and conditions at anytime without any prior notice. By using this site, you've acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- All the prices stated on the site are fixed, non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges.

ORDERING DETAILS:
- To order, follow the format stated below and submit to appleberrypop7@gmail.com, a confirmation invoice with payment details will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

- Please check your junk/spam folders to ensure that our invoice did not chucked there.
- After confirmation invoice has been issued, payment is required within the 24 hours timeframe.
- If you need an extension, do include in your order form.
- Items that remain unpaid after 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
- Items will be sold based on first pay first serve basis, which means even if you paid within the 24 hours timeframe, item will be prioritize to customer who made payment first.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
- DBS/POSB Internet Transfer (I-BANKING)
- DBS/POSB ATM Transfer (To provide a snapshot of your receipt )
- We will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases.

- No refunds will be done if you transferred extra money by accident ( except Cash deposit )

- Do note that we will not reply when we receive your payment. Please check payment status instead. ( Red - Not Paid. White - Paid. Other colours - for our reference )

Meet Up / Postage

- Meet Ups will ONLY be done at Lakeside OR Yishun MRT.

- If you're unable to make it for any Meet Ups, do opt for self collection OR postage.

- By default, all postage done are REGISTERED POSTAGE and posters ( if any ) will be folded.

- If you're opting for normal postage, it's AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do not take responsibility of any lost or damaged mail.

- Postage fee collection will only be done AFTER we've mailed out your items.

T & C

- If you are not able to make for the meet up ( after sending confirmation text ) do let us know at least 3 hours before the meet up. If you fail to show up after confirmation, your item will be CONFISCATED.

- We will only be at the meet up venue for at most 1/2 hour. If you're really unable to make it on time, do send us a text stating that you'll be late. A fine of $1 will be charged for every 10 min that you're late.

- DO NOT send us any text like "when is the next meet up" etc. Admins do have a life apart from our blogshop. And both admins are students so we may be busy with school.

- Please check your goods upon collection. We will not be responsible for any fault in the goods after they left our sight.

Refunds

Cancellation of orders ( after payment ) : No refunds

Supplier MIA-ed after I've paid : 20% of the money you paid

Supplier MIA-ed before I paid / OOS item : full refund
